How submitted details are handled

Ericeira Restaurants uses contact forms and email links to handle corrections, newsletter requests, food shortlists, and listing claim/edit messages. This page explains what those flows collect and how to contact the site about your details.

Submitted details

What the site receives

Messages and form requests

When you send a shortlist request, newsletter signup, correction, or claim/edit request, the site collects the details you choose to submit, such as your email, message, selected preferences, place name, and page path.

How submissions are handled

Form submissions are sent to the configured inbox, webhook, or customer system used by the site operator. They are used to reply, process corrections, handle owner requests, and improve future food-guide updates.

Spam and delivery checks

The site checks basic request details such as content type, source page, and repeated invalid submissions so forms can reject spam and avoid sending broken requests.

Maps and external links

Restaurant pages link to map services, restaurant websites, booking pages, and review sources. Those services control their own pages and privacy practices.

Your choices

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal details you submitted through the site. Use the contact page with enough context to identify the request.

Restaurant names, addresses, category labels, map links, and public correction evidence are maintained as guide data. If a public restaurant detail is wrong, use the contact page and include the best current source.

The current build does not include advertising pixels or analytics tags. Browser caching, fonts, map tiles, map links, and external restaurant or booking pages may still involve third-party services when you open them.
